Can I place a Reward on hold if I anticipate earning enough points in the next month?
Rewards can only be redeemed with the number of points currently in your Castle Rewards balance.
I am short by just a few points for a Reward. Can I pay cash to cover the difference?
Rewards can only be redeemed with Castle Rewards points.
I would like to use my points for a Reward and send it as a gift. Is this possible?
You are more than welcome to put a Reward in someone else's name (spa gift certificate for example), but the actual Reward will be sent to the address noted on your registration form, or to a secondary address that you can add when checking out. All Rewards are specific to your location. Note that some Rewards are transferable, but may have additional costs associated with them. For example, if you wish to redeem a travel-related trip give it to someone in another region, the airfare might be higher than the price set for your specific region. As the purchaser, you will be responsible for any additional fees.
Can I order more than one of a Reward?
Yes. You can enter any quantity for a Reward when you select it. The number of points from your account will be tabulated for you before confirming your selections.
How does my order come in the mail?
Your Reward will be sent in a special Castle Rewards package with a gift certificate along with other applicable information, based on your Reward choice.
