Points are updated monthly based on your sales, and you can view your point status at anytime on the My Account page. You can redeem points for Rewards at any time, day or night, as long as you have the appropriate number of points in your Castle Rewards account. Points are automatically deducted from your account with each Reward redemption. Please make sure you visit the Castle Rewards website often, as Rewards change and great new features are added regularly.
