Points awarded to a single individual cannot be transferred to any other individual.

Points awarded between January 1, 2003 and March 31, 2004 will be valid until the conclusion of the program. If they are not redeemed prior to this date, they will be forfeited.

All rewards are subject to availability. Rewards are non-refundable. Rewards are transferable to another recipient, but the purchaser will be responsible for any additional costs required.

All Castle Rewards are specific to your location. For example, if you wish to redeem a trip and give it as a gift, the airfare might be higher than the price set for your specific region. As the purchaser, you will be responsible for any additional fees.
